Looking for critque

Hey guys, so I've kind of hit a plateau. My eye knows I can do better but my brain doesn't know how, and I'm just not really seeing my mistakes anymore. My professor's a little vague and slightly unhelpful, so I'm looking for a harsher critique that I could really use to help me improve.

Looking good so far, why not add some darker shadows to your main figure and some brighter highlights to really make her pop. At the moment its quite a similar to the background. Hope this helps!
