So I'm just an amature digital/traditional artist from Czech Republic and well this is my art blog. My main tool is Krita.

What kind of optimization you have done to make Krita work? Currently it doesn't work too well on my laptop. Aside from that, nice overall perspective character

Don't be afraid to really push your dark values in your paintings, and keep up the good work!!

I'm not using any kind of optimazition and it runs very well, though my laptop has nvidia gpu with support for newest opengl.

Anyway back to your problem, I assume you're using laptop with either old graphic card or with intel graphic card ? Krita is using opengl for scaling (by default) and that's your problem, intel gpus are not supporting opengl. So the only thing you have to do for krita to run smoothly is turn off opengl scaling...

So go to Settings -> Configure Krita... -> Display -> and uncheck the opengl option

Krita should run way faster after you do this

Yeah I know the contrast is my biggest problem in my paintings... But I'll try to work on it

Well It was some time since I was here butI'm trying to keep up with everything now so heres my latest painting it's mesh up of two themes Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. I've done this as a entry for Draw with jazza Challenge of the Month.
