I'm fairly new to digital art but man this was a lot harder than I anticipated, and the picture below is after countless CTR + >`Z's...

Welcome to the forums, so for some advice try to use your whole arm when you draw as well as practice doing fast strokes as well. That way you can get smoother lines and circles become easier as you practice. The slower you draw a line the more wobble from your hand can affect the line you are drawing when you first start out doing digital art. Hope this helps
