Please critique my widowmaker sketch

hey guys new on this site, wanted to see if i could get some advise on my stuff thanks guys

Hey there welcome to the site.

Please don't take this wrong but I thought this was Yoko from gurren lagann instead of Widowmaker. There are some accents of widow but seems more of a yoko fan art with some wideomaker flavors.
To be more mash up of the 2, your going to need more than just blue/purple skin. Having widow arm band thing that shoots her hook and poison mine need to be added in my opinion. They're essential to her character. I would modify the sniper to be a mix of both characters. Add widows tattoo that's on her right arm maybe. Create your on visor that's a mix of the gurren lagann glasses kamina wears with overwatch tech.
The anatomy and proportions are ok. The left arm needs to be a little longer. Possible make the right hand smaller as well. Liking the face, expression and the skin tone is fine.
Overall good start. Look forward to the next update.

Last thing I would recommend is removing the pink background. Its hard on the eyes and a bit distracting.

i see what you mean with it not looking like widow i need to make the face more like hers, thanks for the advice

2 things I recommend for the colors, 1) break down the hues a little further to make some of the shapes a little bit distinguishable, 2) adjust the saturation.

Ideally you don't want to have a bright background highly saturated, it is a depth killer. Usually the brighter things are the more desaturated they become. I know most artists are aware how value and hue can affect depth, but don't seem to understand how saturation plays a role in it... I'll try and illustrate it in an overpainting.
