Hello everyone,

Over the past few weeks I've been learning how to use zBrush. For Christmas I treated myself to the Wacom 3D package which includes the intous medium tablet and zBrushCore.

So far I've had loads of fun learning the software and now I have a reasonable grasp of the software. This was my first head sculp...

Which was pretty poor in all honesty, however I learned a lot about the program from making it. So, I got the anatomy books out and this was my second head.

Although it's still fairly amateur, I'm quite happy with my progress. I think the next stage will be to start adding some character and expressions!

If anyone with more experience has any tips or advice it would be much appreciated. I'd also love to see your work for inspiration

nice start! Really I'd just say get your head anatomy down to the tee while doing sculpting to get your anatomy lessons applied in practice. there's just certain landmarks you haven't hit yet.

2 Tips for ya though: Looks like you have perspective turned off, everyone has their own preference but I'd highly suggest sculpting with perspective turned on. Additionally if/when you do, set your FoV to ~35, best way to gauge your perspective. Hope that helps
