Some ideas I'd like to include: guns (revolver? smg?), swords, ninja, cyborg, anatomy, magic, souls.
Ideas for superpowers:
1. can use sword to ricochet incoming projectiles back at enemies
2. when an enemy in slain with his sword, their soul is captured and turned into bullets for the revolver. these bullets are metaphysical and they can penetrate most any physical material but kill souls.
3. soul sword. only does damage to souls. Is not stopped by physical material.
4. enhanced fighting ability - using integrated cyborg parts and computing
or perhaps a more ethereal character.
touch of life / redemption - when hero places hand on the head of an enemy, the enemy is enlightened and turns away from violence. however, to avoid getting killed the hero also has defensive superpowers such as shields and force fields. could be a monk type character.
