Hi there. Since i have less than a month to do a thing, i wouldn't be too fancy with design. So the character could be slightly changed in final illustration.

Aand followup update for cleaner design with some color (which is not final to my estimation). And still not sure about thorns..thing. But it's enough i think=) From here i can jump to composing an illustration.

If you have any suggestions or pieces of advice, feel free to express yourself=)

UPD: and one more thing to ask - Do i Need to have a element symbol ON the character or it could be incorporated wherever on the illustration? Im sure i read somewhere in replies about this, but can't remember where=(

Ooo, like the narrative in this piece. She looks like an organic robot/sentinel. I love the way the roots in her body help break up the rock formations, especially in the sword. Can't wait to see it rendered.

I'd make the purple flower on the left just a tad more noticeable, but it probably doesn't need it when her and the birds in the light are more the focal point. Really beautiful piece

Wow, your illustration is very clean and beautiful. You've done a great job distinguishing its body parts with careful implementation of rocks and branches. The lighting really helps sell the mood.

I wish the dead victim in the foreground was more clear to see how it was killed by the champion's branches, as it's hard to tell what it is without seeing your earlier development images. It's not a huge issue though. Great job completing your entry piece! ^^

After seeing Tj's comment I had no idea there was a dead body from looking at that last one, it really does blend into the flora

Yeah, my goal was to make foreground somewhat interesting but not too dragging focus out of the character. But maybe I made it too undistinguishable. I will add slightly more contrast to this area. (Upd will be on the top)
