Over all arm anatomy is a tough subject but you seem to be doing great job with it.

thanks, Lmfaooo I literally just realized like yesterday thinking back at it...
The elbow/just the arm bones in general never rotate individually.. Its the shoulder socket that rotates and the arms move in unison with it... It's the contorting of the muscles from the shoulder and the wrist of your hands that give of the illusion to the forearm and upper arm rotating individually.. Or well I'm just slow and never noticed this at all till like yesterday when I was practicing some half bodies using everything from the anatomy videos. Today gonna begin watching the lower body one and then cover up these bones fully.
Then will do some custom full body character designs with what I learned and see the results of it

So here is the fully muscled skeletons from anatomy studies haha and my little 3 freestyle poses attempt in quickly whipping up something. Pretty nice I must say. managed to whip each one in like 15 minutes or so
