This is great! The background/sky could use some work, but I'm sure you were going to get to it. The waterfall doesn't feel right. It's missing that dissolving effect that's gonna make it more fantasy-like. As far as the bg goes, I don't really want the eyes to go there too much, hence less details, but for the clouds yes I agree as well.

Yea I didn't necessarily mean more detail in the background. The clouds could just be slightly more refined.
