So guys, i'm kinda weird at planning my work, because i start with making an illustration and then the character concept. The reason for that is my thinking is concentrated on having the mood and abstract picture for some idea. So during drawing an illustration it's easier for me to come up with some character concept. I add things depending on background and the pose, look on the character's face.

P.S. I'm planning on making this girl a Drowned Queen. She is killing men my dragging them into the water(as you can see one of those she has in her hand). And she has this army of drowned people's souls behind her - that would be her superpower, collecting them and controlling them on her will. In other hand she has a harpoon which is helping her on addingand controlling souls.
