Good morning, Good afternoon and Good evening everyone!
I'm excited to be a part of my first competition of 2018. I've been going through and observing peoples submissions and they are all so well though out and it encouraged me to enter and see where I place in the community. So far I have an idea of what I want it to be. I've decided to play on the dark side on this one!
I grew up in Kenya, Eastern Africa and I want to share a little story from the colonial period and how my country struggled to gain independence from British rule. The character (so far) will be a general of a private military group sent by the queen to aid the British co-operation in holding down an uprising that's sweeping the nation. The character is considered to be a devilish, brutal and shows no mercy to their enemies. We could say they are a boss character for the time being.
Anyway I think that serves as a good introduction to my entry. The next few updates will be reference images and sketches that I'll be doing over the week. I'd like to be sculpting as soon as possible to give myself enough time for cleanup and texturing
