Everything seems ok to me except the eyebrows. Something about them makes them seem like they don't fit with the rest of the face or that they're "tacked on." The shape is fine, but I think the normal maps on them could be more stylized and less lumpy to match the rest of her. Perhaps look at reference of eyebrows and try to emphasize/exaggerate prominent features like how the hairs all go in the same direction. Or you could even try giving them the same treatment as the eyelashes and just make them smooth. Otherwise her facial proportions are great and the face overall is well sculpted.
