Hi! Thank you. Yes, I find it really hard to get "flowy" lines. I know that drawing from the arm versus the wrist is a thing but I don't think I really put it in practice, I will try to think about it more!
It's funny for "space engineer" I feel more rounded shapes, like smooth curves, but I can see how futuristic stuffs usually are more geometrical so most people would have the same thoughts as you.

I have tried the pen tool simple creature assignment. Not sure about them, but it made me practice the different tools (I used Illustrator because I find the pen/vector tools fill so much nicer to use than the ones in photoshop ...)

Good stuff, that was a very simple solution to the screw on top of the i.

Hi Everyone! I haven't posted in a little while because I just feel stuck in Anatomy class (head basics). I have been back to the start (doing just the head shape with features location) as advised by Marc. I have done quite a few (although maybe not as many as Brett, I am impressed with his exercises!) but I feel like I am still not getting things right. Here is a few heads I did this morning. If you see any recurring problem or have any advice or comment please let me now!!

Please help!!
I didn't post in a while, but still kept working on the class
I am now looking at upper anatomy and I am stuck (for something that probably doesn't matter but I don't understand which for me means I just can't really move forward ... argggh!) On the screenshot below I put some notes that hopefully make sense: basically I feel like the attachment points should be inversed and I don't understand why they are not! (the drawing is from Marc's file with my notes in blue)
